• Jose Chameleone insists his house and assets belong to his children and future generations, not Daniella.
  • The Leone Island singer says he’s open to a will if legally required but dismisses the ongoing contest as “trivial.”
  • Divorce proceedings continue in court, with Daniella reportedly demanding Chameleone’s Seguku residence.

Dr. Jose Chameleone has delivered a straightforward message to his estranged wife, Daniella Atim, amid their ongoing divorce proceedings. In a video posted online, the Leone Island leader expressed that he has no issue giving up his assets, particularly his Seguku House.

However, he insists that these assets should go to his children, as they are the motivation behind his hard work all these years. Chameleone remarked that the items Daniella is contesting are evidently not hers, nor are they his. They do not belong to their children either but are meant for their grandchildren and future generations.

The Katupakase artist stated that he doesn’t understand why they want him to create a Will while he’s still living, but if the legal circumstances compel him, he will certainly consider it. He added that the Mayanja family must come together to agree on these decisions.

“I’m open to passing on my assets to my children because they are the reason for my labor over all these years. My concern, however, lies in their desire to formalize this while I’m still alive, but if the legal system drives us that far, we will address it. The house doesn’t belong to me nor to the one contesting it, even though she does it for her offspring. My properties are meant for my grandchildren and those yet to come. This entire situation feels trivial to me,” he said.

Chameleone also commented that if he were a billionaire or were to attain such wealth, he would pass all his assets to his children because they rightfully deserve it.

In order to convey a clear message to Daniella, the renowned singer noted that he has also chosen to utilize the Internet to set the record straight, as it is a tool his adversaries use against him.

The divorce proceedings between the couple are presently in court but appear to face significant pushback, particularly from the Mayanja family. This resistance is partially attributed to Daniella’s demands, which include Chameleone’s Sseguku residence.
