- Kasuku says today’s musicians can’t compare to the wild influence of Bobi Wine, Bebe Cool, and Jose Chameleone.
- He recalls how the Big 3’s chaos led to bans at Ange Noir and contributed to Club Silk’s downfall.
- Kasuku adds that even current feuds, like Chameleone vs. Alien Skin, can’t match the intensity of the past.
Media personality Kasuku has laughed at the current musicians who think that they’re tough or are a ‘nemesis’ to society like Dr. Jose Chameleone sang in his Owakabi song. He said that musicians just depreciated but whatever the current crop of musicians are doing, it has been unleashed before and even much more.

He gave an example of the Big 3, Bobi Wine, Bebe Cool and Dr. Jose Chameleone saying that these were a danger to themselves. Kasuku pointed to the famous Firebase bus that was always packed to capacity whenever Bobi Wine had a show. These musicians were always fighting and causing chaos wherever they went.
Kasuku revealed how even both Bobi Wine and Dr. Jose Chameleone were banned from accessing current Club Guvnor which back then was known as Ange Noir. The Talk and Talk Show host said that actually what catalyzed the downfall of another popular night spot, Club Silk was the unending wars amongst musicians.
“There’s nothing that this current generation of musicians is doing that hasn’t been done before. It’s just because musicians value took a downturn but we really saw wars. Punches would always be flying outside of Club Silk and this was what led to its downfall. For Ange Noir, it had a policy where you would get suspended if you caused chaos. Almost all the big artists such as Chameleone and Bobi Wine were at some stage banned. In fact Chameleone has just gotten back access recently following his return from being hospitalized,” said Kasuku.
