Journalist Ivan Kyeyune has joyfully revealed how he had benefitted from the Zungululu comedic segment aired on NTV Akawungeezi’s Friday news. This segment which has been running for a couple of years is one of those popular shows aired on TV and has become so famous due to its ability to hook all viewers of age categories.

Kyeyune forged this skit where he joins different catchy trending videos of the week where he appears to be interviewing the respective characters in these videos.
According to him, this skit has taken him places on the planet and endeared him to many people of different walks of life such as judges, law enforcement authorities, wealthy men, ministers among others.
“If I’m to tell you about the things I’ve got from Zungululu, we can take forever. I have met people from different places such as judges, almost all ministers know me, traffic Police officers especially on that highway of Luwero going to my home know me. In fact they cannot even arrest me. If I’m going to any country where you wouldn’t expect Ugandans, I always get DMs of different Ugandans there reaching out to help me. I have been beyond blessed by this skit and I’m forever indebted to Ugandans,” said Kyeyune.

Additionally, he said that he’s a very lucky and blessed man because wherever he has worked, all his coworkers have always adored him. He pointed out how all workers at Simba FM, his former workplace all went to Luwero to send off his grandmother when she passed away and even offered him condolences.
Kyeyune even recounted a campaign he was running and everything he needed from financial to other amenities was sourced by a tycoon known as Kalifan. The famous journalist who also does football commentary added that he’s built his name through the right means and not just those who go on TikTok to embarrass themselves in search of clout.
