- Rumours claim Spice Diana and Manager Roger have ended their long professional partnership.
- James Propa believes the split could help both expand their influence and nurture new talent.
- He humorously hints that personal issues might have contributed to their separation.
Music analyst James Propa has spoken out about the ongoing rumours suggesting that singer Spice Diana has parted ways with her longtime manager, Roger Lubega (Manager Roger).

It should be noted that the two have worked together for nearly a decade, building one of the most successful music brands in Uganda. Over the years, speculation about their split has occasionally surfaced, but the pair has always dismissed such claims by continuing to collaborate closely.
Recently, however, new rumours have emerged — alleging that the Siri Regular hitmaker has launched her own music label known as 9Yard. While both Spice Diana and Roger are yet to confirm or deny the reports, many in the industry believe this time the rumours might be true.
According to James Propa, if the split is indeed real, it could be a strategic move for both parties.

“They have achieved a lot together, and it’s only logical that they now explore individual paths to cement their legacies,” he said. “Spice Diana has the potential to become Uganda’s Don Jazzy — something even veteran artists like Jose Chameleone have struggled to do.”
Propa added that such a separation could actually benefit Uganda’s music industry:
“Both Roger and Spice could sign and nurture new artists, possibly four or more each, giving them a bigger platform.”
On what might have caused the rift, Propa humorously hinted that it could be personal rather than professional:
“It’s obviously the sumbusa (samosa),” he joked. “You can’t share it with me and then give it to someone else and expect me not to get jealous. They might have started as business partners but ended up catching feelings.”
This is not the first time rumours have suggested that Spice Diana and Manager Roger share more than just a professional bond. However, both have consistently maintained that their relationship remains strictly business.
