Lil Pazo has deep appreciation for Eddy Kenzo and it comes from his early days when he had just come from the village to join the music industry.
Lil Pazo has often spoken highly of Eddy Kenzo. Kenzo, an internationally recognized artist and the president of the Uganda National Musicians Federation (UNMF), has played a role in many young artists careers and specifically Pazo’s.
One touching story that Pazo frequently shares is how Kenzo was the first person to allow him to sit in his car. This seemingly small gesture had a positive impact on Lil Pazo, who had just moved from the village in Masaka and was trying to find his way into the city life.
During an appearance at the Tuesday night Jam Session at Allure Suites/Hotel – Mutundwe, Lil Pazo not only performed but also took the opportunity to invite fellow artists and fans to support his upcoming Enkudi Festival, set for August 18th at Aero Beach.
On stage, Lil Pazo recounted his early days and the moment when Kenzo extended his kindness.

“I would like to thank you (Kenzo) for welcoming us when we had just come from Masaka. He (Kenzo) let me in his car even when other people tried to silence me,” Lil Pazo shared.
Pazo has consistently praised Kenzo’s generosity and his personal hygiene, often saying that Kenzo has the best scent among Ugandan musicians.
When he attempted to kneel in gratitude, Kenzo declined, instead urging the audience to support Lil Pazo by attending his concert at Aero Beach.
Kenzo then called upon socialite Don Chris of Skypins Tours and Travels to join them on stage. Don Chris responded by splashing cash on Pazo.
