Musician Mikie Wine has stirred public debate after claiming he possesses supernatural spiritual abilities that enable him to pray for the sick and they get healed.

While speaking on a local podcast hosted by YouTuber Shalom Kaweesi, the singer said that God gave him more than just talent and influence—He also “placed healing power” in his hands.
Mikie Wine narrated an emotional incident involving fellow artiste Little M, with whom he collaborated on the song Majambebe. According to him, Lito M and his wife had welcomed a premature baby who spent two years in and out of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The situation, he said, was heartbreaking.
He recounted how he and a group of friends visited Little M at the hospital, only to be met with judgmental stares from onlookers who dismissed them as “weed smokers” and “hopeless youths” with nothing to offer.

Despite the mockery, Mikie Wine said he gathered everyone and encouraged them to humble themselves for a moment of prayer. He led the prayer right there in the ICU.
“People looked at us with contempt, but God didn’t. The next day, that child was off life support and never returned to the ICU,” Mikie Wine claimed.
He added that this was not the only time his prayers had resulted in healing, saying he had previously prayed for an infant who also recovered.
Mikie Wine’s spiritual assertions may not come as a complete surprise to those who follow him closely. He is known to be close friends with gospel artist Levixone and has been frequently seen at Pastor Aloysius Bujjingo’s church. This connection, some fans argue, lends partial credibility to his claims, though others remain skeptical.
Whether viewed as divine intervention or personal belief, Mikie Wine’s story has certainly sparked conversation about faith, miracles, and the hidden sides of celebrities.
