Galaxy FM/TV presenter Arinaitwe Henry, popularly known as Mr. Henrie, has officially announced his departure from Kansanga based station after nearly eight years of service.

Through a heartfelt message to his fans on social media, Mr. Henrie expressed deep gratitude for the support that has shaped his career.

“After nearly eight unforgettable years at Galaxy FM and Galaxy TV, I officially announce my departure from the station that has been my home, my family, and the heartbeat of my career,” he said.

The celebrated presenter, who has grown into one of Uganda’s most recognizable radio voices, credited his fans for his rise.

“You made me Uganda’s number one radio presenter, and together we created countless memories, laughter, and unforgettable moments on the shows we shared,” Henrie noted.

He also extended appreciation to the station’s management for giving him not just a microphone, but also a leadership role in public relations.

“I sincerely thank the management of Galaxy FM & TV for believing in me—not only as a presenter but also by entrusting me with a management role in the capacity of PR. Your support, mentorship, and confidence in my abilities have been instrumental in my growth.”

Furthermore, Henrie admitted that leaving Galaxy was not an easy decision but emphasized that it was time for a new chapter in his journey.

“Galaxy has been my second home, but it’s time for me to chase new dreams and pursue new goals. I will always cherish the journey, the friendships, and the platform that gave me a voice.”

He signed off with a message of hope and faith in what lies ahead.

“With God being my guide, time to focus on new energy.”
