Ritah Danchall accuses Manager Roger of intimate advances and job termination

• Ritah Danchall has made explosive allegations against Spice Diana’s manager, Roger Lubega. Ritah claims Roger attempted to sleep with her when she first joined his team, and after rejecting his advances, he froze her out of work for weeks. 
• The feud between Ritah and Source Management is not new, as she has previously clashed with both Roger and Spice Diana, even ending up behind bars at one point. 

Ugandan video vixen, urban dancer, and singer Ritah Nassozi, popularly known as Ritah Danchall, has made a startling allegation that has caught many by surprise. Ritah asserted that Spice Diana’s manager, Roger Lubega, attempted to sleep with her, and when she rejected his advances, he terminated her employment.

Ritah recounted that she arrived from the village and joined a male-dominated crew that included Manager Roger and other male members such as Ziza Bafana.

The dancer openly mentioned that all of them were interested in her, but she made it clear that she wouldn’t let any of them get close to her.

It seems that this upset Roger, prompting him to freeze her from the team and the tasks they were undertaking. In spite of all his efforts, she continued to keep him at a distance, leaving him with no choice but to call her back to finish a project they had been collaborating on.

“I recall when I first joined Manager Roger’s team, which was predominantly male. Many of them were interested in pursuing a sexual relationship with me, but I declined their advances. Manager Roger took it personally and prevented me from working for about two weeks. It wasn’t until Ziza Bafana reached out to me, since he was also part of Source Management at that time. He inquired why I hadn’t been coming to work, and I explained the situation to him. As a result, Roger had to contact me again since the project was already in progress,” she claimed.

Roger has yet to respond to these allegations, but Ritah and Source Management (Spice Diana and Roger) have had a long-standing conflict. Their ongoing, unclear feud once resulted in the Siri Regular singer having Ritah jailed.

Since teaming up with Sheebah, Spice Diana’s musical foe, Ritah has consistently voiced her dissatisfaction with Source Management.

However, she is not the first artist to criticize Roger and Spice Diana as being problematic; others such as Ziza Bafana, Gravity Omutujju, Geosteady, and Green Daddy have previously called out the label.
