He mentioned that players earn 100 dollars for each day they spend in camp. In addition, there are extra match bonuses available to players based on the agreements made.

The FUFA president also noted that all players have received their agreed-upon payments and no one has raised any demands, indicating that everyone is satisfied.

Magogo highlighted that the money players have received thus far is substantial, and he wants them to gain something meaningful from it instead of spending it recklessly.

He referenced a previous group of players from the recent AFCON tournaments who received significant income but ended up wasting it.

Currently, all players in camp have been compensated and are content. What I advise the players is to work for the bonuses that are not yet in their hands because they can only claim them after winning matches. For each day they remain in camp, they acquire 100 dollars. We desire for them to obtain something worthwhile from this money and not squander it. Some players from the earlier AFCON tournaments earned good money but mismanaged it and are now facing difficulties.

Among the most attractive bonuses the Cranes players have been awarded is the Shs 1.2b pledged by State House for each game won. They have won 2 games so far, translating to Shs 92m for each of the 25 players.

With the match against South Africa being the most thrilling to date, the Cranes players might have had the opportunity to earn additional bonuses from the President.

They are hoping to eliminate Senegal in the quarter-finals on Saturday and continue to accumulate more earnings.
