  • Addressing the controversy, Zari confirmed that her two children with the Tanzanian singer are unquestionably his and clarified that Diamond’s doubts do not involve her kids.

Ugandan South Africa based socialite socialite Zari Hassan has addressed rumors regarding the paternity of her children with Tanzanian singer Diamond Platnumz. This comes after the Wasafi boss made comments during an interview on American radio host Angela Yee’s podcast.

The Tetema artist mentioned that he has around 4-5 children but expressed uncertainty about whether some of them are actually his. He acknowledged his responsibilities as a father, although he is unsure about the paternity of certain children.

It’s important to highlight that some of the mothers of Diamond’s known children include Zari (who has two kids), Hamissa Mobeto (one child), and Tanasha Donna (one child). Since Diamond’s remarks, Zari has been the subject of scrutiny, with questions about the paternity of her firstborn daughter, Princess Tiffah.

Zari, however, dismissed these speculations, affirming that her children with the singer are unquestionably his and that he knows it.

She explained that the comments made by Diamond were distorted and were not aimed at her specifically. Moreover, she pointed out that while the singer has his doubts about some of his children, her kids are definitely his and he is aware of it.

Additionally, Zari shared that Diamond has two more children who are not publicly known, including an older daughter. However, the Wasafi Records owner questions the paternity of these children since the mothers were involved with other partners during their relationship with him.

Furthermore, Zari mentioned that she no longer takes her kids to Tanzania because she is now a married woman and wishes to respect her husband, Shakib Lutaaya.

In the past, she used to take the kids there when they were younger, but that has changed. She also commented that those who claim Tiffah resembles her late ex-husband, Ivan Ssemwanga, are mistaken, as the girl actually has her father’s big lipped mouth and her grandmother’s rounded face.
