Media personality Simon Muyanga Lutaaya has revealed his big family aspirations. At 46 years old, Lutaaya is already the proud father of 10 children. However, he has his sights set on an even larger family by the time he reaches 50, aiming for a total of 14 children.
Lutaaya’s wife, Shakira, shares his vision, expressing her desire to give birth to three more children. Additionally, Lutaaya hints at the possibility of one more child coming along unexpectedly, bringing their total to 14.
For Simon Muyanga Lutaaya, family planning isn’t about limiting the number of children but rather ensuring that he can provide for them adequately.
“Family planning is not the number of children you have, but it is about giving birth to children you can take care of,” he says.
He notes that his father only had two boys and that their paternal side hasn’t seen large families. This background fuels his desire to have many children, coupled with his confidence in his ability to support them.
Lutaaya also addresses a common saying among some parents who prefer to enjoy their wealth and leave nothing for their children.
He disagrees with this notion, citing biblical advice that encourages parents to work hard and leave an inheritance for their offspring.
According to Simon Muyanga Lutaaya, this is a crucial aspect of responsible parenting and ensuring a stable future for his children.
